Returns & Refunds

1. Request a Return

Please register your return in advance by email.

Important:
Unregistered returns cannot be properly assigned and will delay processing.

2. Return Process

• Request a return via email
• You will receive the return address from us
• Pack the items securely
• Ship the parcel independently

Please do not send the items back to the sender address on the package.

3. Return Address

The return address will be provided to you by email after your request has been reviewed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

An exception applies if:

• the item is damaged, or
• the wrong item was delivered

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Return Deadlines

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (see withdrawal policy).

After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the items back.

6. Condition of Goods

Please ensure that the items meet the following conditions:

• unworn and unused
• no signs of use
• preferably in original packaging
• all tags still attached

A loss in value may be charged if the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.

7. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed:

• within 5–10 business days
• using the original payment method

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until:

• the goods have been received, or
• proof of shipment has been provided

8. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are currently not possible.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item.

9. Tracking

We recommend returning your items using a tracked shipping service.

Without proof of shipment, we cannot accept liability for lost returns.

10. Important Notes

• Please do not return any items without prior registration
• Returns sent freight collect will not be accepted
• Returns are only processed after prior agreement
